Wilbert Vernooij was born October 1951 in Utrecht, The Netherlands, studied at the Art Academy (ABK) Arnhem. His paintings and illustrations appeared in museums and fine art galleries across The Netherlands, among them are Teylers Museum (Haarlem), Museum "De Zwarte Tulp" (Lisse), Gallery Van Veen (Dordrecht) and many private collections.
